Let me first of all say that Brian and his company went over and above to help me do a refinance. I have known Brian for several years now and have used him on a few occasions. I can even call him up and just get mortgage advice from him. For this occasion I was under a time crunch to get the refinance done and Brian made it happen with time to spare. When dealing with Brian, you can always count on him to explain things to you in a simple manner. If you have any questions, just ask him. He will go out of his way to help you understand everything about the process. He seemed to work all hours of the day and night. I would get emails from him as late as 10:30 PM Central time. He takes his job and his customers very seriously. So if you are looking to purchase your first home or refinance, then go no further. I would definitely use Brian again. Brian is very friendly and full of southern charm. Brian did a great job of explaining the process, terms, and logistics of home buying which was critical to me as a first-time home-buyer. When I questioned differences in his numbers vs. another lenders, Brian took the time to break down his figures and explain to me why they were the way they were. Not only did Brian’s figures come in lower and make more sense, but the other lender refused to review the numbers with me and criticized me for openly comparing lender docs.
